People who are able to demonstrate they have been living in a relationship akin to marriage with an EU citizen for the most recent two years may be eligible to apply for an EEA Family Permit on this basis. Dependent children can also be included on any such applications. Hello there! I am waiting for the result of my visa to UK with the category of settlement wife I should get an answer shortly as they email me just days ago my concern is the process time to get this answer is it in the category of resident visa of others visas? This is because I am from Vzla and all the process is made in Bogota Colombia and I don't what time to take is as other visas wihch is just 9 working days or as settlement wihch is 35 working days help please!!!!!
